We use your information to provide our AI receptionist service, including answering calls, booking appointments, and sending notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
All data is processed and stored on servers located in Sydney, Australia. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
4. Data Retention
Call logs and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Twilio for telephony services and Azure/cloud providers for AI processing. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
6. Your Rights
